Cash Plus Scores #21 in the 2013 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards

Cash Plus announced today that it has been ranked 21st among mid-sized franchise companies in the 2013 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards, a rating of franchise brands derived from actual surveys of franchisees. To compile the data for their eighth annual awards program, FBR surveyed over 26,000 franchisees, representing more than 350 brands and 135,000 franchise units/locations.

“We take franchisee satisfaction very seriously, so this is an important honor for us. Last year we were thrilled to earn #51 in the FBR survey, but climbing to #21 this year has to count as one of our top accomplishments in franchising,” noted Craig Wells, Cash Plus’ President and CEO of the family financial services company. “And I don’t mind noting that we’re the only franchise company in our industry to earn a Franchise Satisfaction Award.”
