We process all first time loan applications during standard business hours.
As a benefit to our returning customers, we provide after-hours monitoring to fund repeat loans in the evenings and weekends. While we strive to process these quickly based on staff availability, please allow for extra processing time outside of normal business hours.
How is my loan due date determined?
Your loan due date is generally set to coincide with your next upcoming payday, subject to California state regulations regarding minimum and maximum loan terms.
Can I make loan payments online, by phone or in-store?
Yes, we offer multiple convenient payment options. You can manage your payments through your online account portal, call our support team, or visit a physical location if available in your area.
Can I pay off my loan before it is due?
Absolutely. You can pay off your loan at any time before the due date without any prepayment penalties.
