MEET PAM ADAMSON

Pam joined us as a Franchise Development Consultant in June of 2005. She has more than two decades of relationship sales and management experience, including a long stint with Xerox. Pam earned her BA degree from the University of Southern California.
Here's how to become a Cash Plus franchisee. It's not instantaneous and it's not magic. It's just a common sense approach that helps us help you make the right decision about a franchise opportunity.

REVIEW OUR INFORMATION PACKAGE
Next, review the comprehensive information package that we'll will send you after you talk. Then, if Cash Plus still looks like it might fit your business and personal objectives, fill out the Confidential Qualification Report and send it back to us.

ATTEND DISCOVERY DAY
Once we’ve reviewed the information in your Confidential Qualification Report your franchise consultant will contact you to discuss your personal and business objectives and to start the process of getting all your questions answered. Assuming we still have a meeting of the minds, you’ll be invited to attend a one-day orientation meeting at our corporate offices. We call these meetings Discovery Days for a good reason: this is when you’ll learn the ins and outs of our business and about our start-up process, including site selection, training, and launching your store. You’ll also meet with your franchise support team, ask questions and tour some Cash Plus stores.

TALK WITH FRANCHISEES
If we both decide that it’s in our best interests to take the next step, we encourage you to talk with franchisees. They’ll give you an operator’s perspective on what this business is about and you’ll learn why so many of them are opening additional stores.

THE LAST PRE-FRANCHISE STEP
If we decide to formalize our relationship, the last step in this process is completing a franchise agreement.

As you can see, we don’t rush the process. We’re not in the “hard sell” business; we realize that finding the right business takes time. We’re also not a “churn and burn” franchise system. We’re about forging long-term relationships with committed operators. If you think you have what it takes to be a committed operator, we hope to hear from you soon. That first step might just turn out to be one of the most important steps in your life.
