BravoKids is the name we've given to a variety of Cash Plus charitable activities aimed at supporting kids. These activities range from sponsoring children throughout the world through Save the Children (see right), providing food through Feed the Children and conducting financial literacy programs for teens through the Orangewood Foundation's Independent Living Program.
More good reasons we love our customers!

THEY HAVE HELPING HEARTS
Our BravoKids charitable giving program began with sponsoring needy children around the world through Save the Children back in the year 2000. Not long after we installed our original BravoKids displays in two Cash Plus corporate stores, we performed a survey. We wanted to find out how customers had been responding to the BravoKids program and the displays. To nobody's surprise, the results were universally positive. Here are some of their actual written comments:

"It's good to know that the money I spend here helps others." "Keep up the good work. It makes a difference." "That's good your company helps needy people." "There are so many needy kids, I'm glad to help." "How can I help?" "What can I do?" "If you guys have an event, let me know." "What major organization brought about BravoKids?"

THEY SURPRISE AND IMPRESS US
What really impressed us was that some of our customers went even further. On their own initiative, they made the commitment to sponsor children themselves through Save the Children. Let's all salute those Anaheim, California customers who are going the extra mile for children in far corners of the world. The way we see it, these are the real ambassadors of America that the world should hear about.

AND THEY STILL DO

If you see one of these posters in a Cash Plus store, you know the owner goes out of his or her way to support children. One example is the Kids for Kids in Haiti program that a franchisee put together with schools in his town to raise thousands of dollars in donations to help young victims of the devastating 2010 Haiti earthquake. Other franchisees have sponsored food drives at their stores or donated food to families in need during the winter holidays. One franchisee with three stores supports local public education through annual drives to collect literally tons of much-needed school supplies in association with the United Way. Still others have donated their time and effort to help out in local classrooms as volunteers.

Bottom line: the BravoKids spirit is alive and well at Cash Plus locations.
